The device is specially designed for spray drying of organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, NMPN, DMF, etc.) by replacing normal air media with inert gas media formed by cyclic nitrogen. In addition to recyclable products, organic solvents can be recycled.

1,The first layer of nitrogen explosion protection: according to the properties of nitrogen inert gas, the whole pipeline uses nitrogen cycle, oxygen content is less than 3% of the system before normal operation.

2,The second layer industrial control explosion-proof, the pressure is higher than 3000 pa. the safety valve opens, may release the pressure, the detailed industrial control procedure please consult the factory technical engineer.

3, The third layer explosion-proof flake, when the pressure inside the drying tower system rises abnormally, the tower top explosion-proof sheet opens automatically to vent the explosion.

4,Fourth floor whole machine explosion-proof, interior with ventilation system (optional, suitable for harmful gases).
